Hello, future persons! I’m a proud mother of three beautiful children and a proud wife of 10 years. My passion is spending time with my family, helping others, mental health, counseling, and education. I’m a very proud alumnus of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Counseling. This upcoming year I will be pursuing my doctorate in Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to further my career in mental health.

In addition to being one of the owners of Positive Life & Learning Solutions, LLC, I am also the CEO of Education Matters Tutoring where I currently have five employees that work with the company (three adult certified tutors, two college students) a certified nurse (RN). I have over 8 years of experience working with children of all ages and diagnoses. I’m very passionate about my craft and take education very seriously. Having always used my entrepreneurial skills in the educational space, I have helped hundreds of students’ pilot through grade school and college applications process with concierge-level service.

I have developed agendas and policies that are definite to give aspiring students the results they desire, in the shortest amount of time. Quickness and capability are the descriptions of the game is key for my company, and so is lending many talents to multiple causes. I have volunteered with TheraGood Deeds, Houston Food Bank, DePelchin Children Center, Habitat for Humanity, and speaks to students across the country about taking control of their educational career.

I’m a part of a prodigious group called Ultimate Cruise Experience (UCE) where we travel across the country to serve underprivileged students who need educational and mental health services. We meet every year and provide all sorts of services and donations to help the community. I’m an active member of the Black Teacher Association and advocate for all students of color and special needs. My team and I are here to help in any way possible!
